The information contained in this document refers to Puure's European online shop. , which carries out commercial activities such as Deluxe srls.

Definitions and fields of application
1. In these Terms of Sale, "Puure." means Deluxe srls which carries out commercial activities such as Puure. , 'You' means the organization or person who is ordering the product on the website, and the "Products" mean Puure products. which can be ordered on the site.
2. These Conditions of Sale apply to any of your purchases of any Product on this site, delivered in Italy.
Shipping fees

- Free, for orders equal to or greater than 3 products
- € 8,90 for orders of less than 3 products
Delivery times and methods
For orders to be delivered in Italy, Puure .:
- will do everything possible to deliver the order within five working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the date on which the order was placed by the Customer;
- will ship the order by courier in case of delivery to an address, or by post in case of delivery to a PO box
Orders
1. To order the products you must:
to. create an account with Puure. on this site by registering your data and defining a username and password; is
b. complete and submit your order online via your Puure account.
2. Puure. reserves the right to refuse any order. If so, Puure. It will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and refund your payment in full.
3. All products ordered must be for personal use or as a gift. They must not be resold in any form or place; Puure. reserves the right to take legal action against the unauthorized and unofficial sale of the goods.
Prices and Payments
1. All prices shown on the site are in euros and include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. The amount to be paid to Puure. for an order it will be the total of the following items:
to. the sum of the prices of all products ordered, as indicated on the site at the time the Order is sent;
b. the delivery charges calculated as described above in Shipping Costs, e
c. any other commission requested from time to time by Puure. subject to your acceptance by electronic consent (for example: subscription fees)
3. Payment for the Order must be made by credit card at the time of order transmission. Puure. accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
Responsibility
1. Without limiting Puure's legal rights. arising from any of your breaches in making a payment in accordance with these Conditions of Sale, Puure. reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to take the following actions at your expense if the payment is not successful:
to. withhold the supply and eliminate the products requested in the Order, and / or
b. refuse to deal further with you, and Puure. will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from such action.
2. Within the maximum legal terms, the Products are sold to you and you are provided with the information that the sole responsibility for determining the suitability of the products for the purposes for which you intend to use them is yours alone.
3. Without prejudice to the "No Warranty" clauses described below and within the maximum legal terms, the liability of Puure. for any loss or damage suffered by you due to default by Puure. of its obligations under the Conditions of Sale or other non-contractual obligations (including those attributable to defects in the Products) is limited to a refund or replacement of the products in question.
No guarantee
1. Without prejudice to the following clauses and within the maximum legal terms, Puure. does not provide any warranty in relation to the Products.
2. For consumers, the Products have non-excludable guarantees and guarantees pursuant to consumer protection legislation, such as the fact that Puure. it is the legitimate owner, that the Products are reasonably suitable for customary use, that they are of acceptable quality, and that they comply with the description and samples. If Puure. violates any of these assurances or warranties, you are entitled, at your option, to a refund or replacement of the products in question, and to compensation for any reasonable loss.

The transactions of Puure. by credit card are made by a bank authorized according to the laws in force in Italy. In collecting credit card details for online purchases, Puure. uses transactions on a secure server that encrypt information in transit to prevent others from accessing it. All information is stored on a secure server. Your credit card details are encrypted and then removed from our system once your order has been processed.
Although Puure. makes every reasonable effort to safeguard the security of your data, we cannot guarantee that the transmissions made through the internet are totally secure. We invite you to contact your credit institution immediately as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
