Refunds and returns

Only items purchased on the Puure website. they can be returned to puure.it for a refund or exchange. Items purchased in the store must be returned to the same store.
If you make a mistake when ordering online, Puure. will be happy to exchange your item with the one you intended to purchase. The item must be returned intact and in its original sealed packaging. Shipping and additional postage are your responsibility.

In the unfortunate event that you have an unwanted skin reaction to a product, you can exchange it or get a refund. All items must be returned to:

The shipping costs incurred to send the items to Puure. are charged to the customer.

Puure. It will refund you in full or offer an exchange in the event that an item is damaged while it comes to you
us shipped. Return postage for return will be refunded in case of damaged, faulty or not items
correctly sent.
In any case, the original proof of purchase must be provided and the products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Puure to proceed with any refunds or exchanges.
Please send an email to returns@puure.it or contact us through the appropriate section 'Contact Puure.' anticipating your intentions regarding the return or exchange of the product, so that the Puure staff. can come to meet you with a quick solution.
We kindly ask you to keep your postal receipt until you are certain that your shipment has been received intact by Puure. We may need to see this receipt if we are unable to receive your shipment.

We will do our best to process returns within 5 business days of receipt and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

If due to any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, Puure. is delayed or hindered or unable to fulfill any of its duties in relation to any order, Puure. will have no responsibility towards you in relation to this non-fulfillment and the time to complete it will be extended until the event or circumstance has ceased.
